A well-established and growing Residential Home Builder is seeking an experienced Sales Manager to lead and evolve its sales function.
With a strong pipeline of builds in 2026 and a reputation for excellence, they're focused on growth and are looking for a leader to drive their success.
As the Sales Manager, you'll be responsible for overseeing the Sales Team, refining sales strategies, and ensuring strong conversion rates across builds. This is a key leadership role with plenty of scope to make your mark and influence business success.
Key Responsibilities
* Manage, coach, and support a team of Sales Consultants
* Develop and implement sales strategies to meet monthly/quarterly targets
* Monitor performance and provide regular reporting to senior leadership
* Work closely with marketing and design teams to align sales objectives
* Ensure a high standard of customer experience throughout the sales journey
* Please note this role requires one Saturday worked monthly and will offer time in lieu
About You
* Minimum 5 years' proven experience in residential building sales (volume building)
* You can lead people, not just sell Experience in leading a team of at least 2 is required for this position
* Strong understanding of the VIC housing market
* Excellent communication, negotiation, and client management skills
* Strategic mindset - this is a role where you'll build and execute a sales plan
