This role is responsible for leading the direct recruitment process and overseeing the management of inbound prospective student inquiries.

Requirements
* Experience:
* Proven track record in managing higher education and TAFE recruitment functions with a focus on direct applicant channels.
* Expertise in managing people and projects, including initiating and managing change, prioritizing, monitoring, and evaluating work performance.
Skills
* Necessary Skills:
* Demonstrated expertise in using a CRM platform for recruitment management and lead tracking.
* Excellent interpersonal skills, including the ability to work collaboratively as part of a team and engage effectively with diverse stakeholders.
Qualifications
* Education:
* Postgraduate qualifications or progress towards postgraduate qualifications and extensive relevant experience, or an equivalent combination of education and experience.
