The Person:
* 2+ years' experience as CDP or above in corporate dining, 5-star hotels or fine dining hatted restaurants.
* Proven experience in fine dining, premium events, or high-end corporate catering.
* Passion for cooking and delivering exceptional foodin a timely manner.
* Ability to work well under pressure while maintaining a positive attitude.
* Exceptional grooming and personal presentation in all settings.
* A calm demeanour is essential in this environment as well as being well-spoken.
* Strong attention to detail, with a commitment to culinary excellence.
