Job Description
As the Logistics & Trade Compliance Manager, you will:
* Oversee inbound and outbound shipments, ensuring timely clearance and delivery.
* Manage duty drawback claims and liaise with customs authorities.
* Source and evaluate logistics service providers and manage procurement in SAP.
* Coordinate secure transport and insurance for high-value goods.
* Lead and develop a small logistics team, fostering a culture of performance and compliance.
* Ensure all trade compliance activities align with local laws and internal guidelines.
* Participate in regional logistics projects and support SAP testing.
* Assist in budget planning and monitor logistics expenses.
The Successful Applicant
* A degree in logistics, supply chain, business administration, or a related field.
* Several years of experience in logistics and trade compliance, including team supervision.
* Strong knowledge of freight forwarding, customs clearance, and transport modes.
* Proficiency in logistics systems (SAP experience is a plus).
* Excellent communication, organizational, and project management skills.
* A proactive, independent, and detail-oriented mindset.
