Job Title: Site and Project Engineers
We are seeking experienced Site and Project Engineers to join our client's team on civil infrastructure projects in the North Coast of NSW.
This is an exciting opportunity for you to work on impactful infrastructure projects that shape the community, while being part of a supportive and innovative team environment.
1. Oversee and manage on-site engineering activities to ensure project milestones are achieved.
2. Provide technical support and solutions to construction challenges.
3. Prepare and maintain project documentation, including progress reports and schedules.
4. Monitor and enforce compliance with safety, quality, and environmental standards.
5. Coordinate with project teams, contractors, and stakeholders to drive successful outcomes.
6. Conduct site inspections, resolve technical issues, and ensure work aligns with specifications.
7. Support project managers in achieving budget and timeline objectives.
Requirements:
1. Experience: 2-10 years working on civil infrastructure projects, with a focus on civils, tunnels, or structures.
2. Qualifications: Bachelor's degree in Civil Engineering or related field.
3. Strong understanding of engineering principles and construction methodologies.
4. Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
5. Proficiency in project management software and tools.
6. Desirable: Local experience in the North Coast, NSW area.
