Your role as a People and Culture Senior Manager will enable you to;

The successful candidate will have:

o Tertiary qualifications in HR or business management
o Experience leading and delivering people and culture services
o Ability to identify and prioritise complex problems and issues, generate solutions and work collaboratively to achieve successful outcomes
o Strong knowledge of employment legislation, regulation and WHS requirements
o Highly developed communication and conflict management skills
o Demonstrated experience with implementation and management of HR information systems
