About The Role
An exciting opportunity exists for a senior mental health clinician to join our dynamic multidisciplinary Youth Mental Health Service team, working alongside the Lived and Living Experience Workforce (LLEW). This leadership role supports young people aged ***** across the Grampians region and offers scope to mentor, supervise and guide clinical practice.
Lead and mentor clinical staff within a multidisciplinary team
Provide direct and indirect care for young people with complex needs
Drive best-practice, evidence-based interventions
Coordinate daily clinical operations in partnership with the Team Leader
Build collaborative networks with families, carers and external providers
Key Responsibilities
Deliver proactive clinical leadership and expert advice
Undertake comprehensive assessments and develop treatment plans
Support workforce capability through mentoring, supervision and training
Coordinate case reviews, clinical meetings and operational priorities
Foster strong interagency relationships to enhance care pathways
Contribute to quality improvement, data monitoring and service development
Skills & Experience
Qualification in psychology, nursing, social work or occupational therapy
Current registration with AHPRA or relevant professional body
Current Victorian driver's licence
Demonstrated expertise in youth mental health care
Strong leadership, supervision and communication skills
