Job Description
The role of Cyber Security Change Manager is a strategic position that requires strong leadership and communication skills.
As a key member of the program team, you will be responsible for coordinating and leading cyber program-level change and communications delivery.
This involves representing Cyber Change Management in project, program, and governance forums, ensuring delivery of consistent, strategic, and well-governed change practices.
You will mentor and support change professionals across the program team, promote a culture of collaboration, improvement, and accountability, and share best practice approaches to change across the program.
Key responsibilities include uplifting and embedding change frameworks aligned with National Communications methodology, leading the review and development of Change and Communication Plans, Stakeholder Registers, and Engagement Strategies.
Collaboration with Cyber Security, Communications, D&T, and operational teams is essential to align messaging and timing, build and maintain effective relationships with internal and external stakeholders, track and report on change readiness, risks, and issues at a program level, and ensure conformance to governance, compliance, and reporting standards.
Developing and maintaining program-level change metrics and reporting dashboards, monitoring delivery across the program to avoid duplication, overload, or misaligned communication, and ensuring change activities are embedded into project schedules, governance forums, and closure documentation are also critical aspects of this role.
This is a 12-Month Full Time Fixed Term position based in Melbourne Group Office on a hybrid working arrangement – 3 days a week in office and 2 days working from home.
