As a Store Administrator for Mappin & Webb you will play a key role in ensuring that all areas of administration within the store are kept in line with company procedures. Looking to build on your retail and product knowledge you will be a dedicated and committed team player offering a consistent support to the Store and wider business; with a passion for delivering excellent customer service ensuring that everyone has an amazing experience in our Stores.• Excellent planning and organisational skills• Flexible and adaptable to change• Motivated, proactive and dedicated• Excellent interpersonal and communication skills• Jewellery and watch product knowledge• Advanced selling and negotiation skills• External jewellery qualifications• Visual merchandising skills• Working to sales targetsAbout The Applicant:As a Store Administrator you will be responsible for ensuring all areas of administration within the store are kept in line with company procedures; you will be using your excellent interpersonal skills and passion for the business to engage with customers and colleagues.A committed and dedicated team player who will be required to assist at times; identifying, sharing and spreading best practise not just in your own Store but throughout the wider business. You will be well presented at all times with a positive “can do” attitude; delivering excellent customer service to everyone that you meet, you will play a key role in the Store’s success!You will be accountable for delivery in the following areas:• Ensuring all administrative tasks and related documentation adheres to Company Audit and Security procedures, including stock control, end of day paperwork and banking• Ensuring enquiries and orders are dealt with in an efficient manner• Managing all internal stock and repair systems in line with audit procedures• Ensuring quality housekeeping and efficient set up in all admin associated areas of the store• Assist on the retail side as required• Delivering an exceptional customer experience• Adhering to policies and procedures• Continuous development of product knowledge• Completion of relevant training via e-learning• Adhering to company dress codeFurther Information:Our VisionTo be the best watch and jewellery retailer…Inspiring our colleagues, working together with our suppliers, amazing our customers and creating memories that last a lifetime.
