Job Description
* Coordinate end-to-end recruitment processes, including job postings, screening, and interview scheduling.
* Assist with onboarding new employees, ensuring a smooth transition into the organisation.
* Maintain accurate and up-to-date employee records and HR documentation.
* Support payroll processes with accurate data entry and reporting.
* Respond to employee inquiries and provide HR-related support.
* Assist with performance review processes and training coordination.
* Contribute to HR projects and process improvement initiatives.
* Ensure compliance with workplace policies and employment legislation.
The Successful Applicant
A Successful HR/Recruitment Coordinator Should Have
* Experience or education in Human Resources, recruitment, or a related field.
* Strong organisational skills and attention to detail.
* Proficiency in HR software and MS Office applications.
* Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
* An ability to handle sensitive information with confidentiality and discretion.
* A proactive approach to problem-solving and multitasking.
