What You'll Be Responsible For
* Managing tenders end-to-end – from kick-off through to submission
* Reviewing drawings, specifications and documentation to fully understand scope
* Preparing detailed take-offs and cost plans across all trade packages
* Building and managing strong subcontractor and supplier relationships
* Issuing and assessing tender packages, including scopes, clarifications and exclusions
* Identifying risks, gaps and opportunities within tender documentation
* Collaborating with preconstruction, design and delivery teams to ensure buildability
* Preparing clear, detailed and competitive tender submissions
* Supporting post-tender negotiations, clarifications and project handover
* Contributing to continuous improvement in how we estimate and win work

What You'll Bring
* 5+ years' experience as an Estimator (ideally in fit-out or commercial projects)
* Experience pricing projects from $1M +
* Strong knowledge of construction methodologies and cost drivers
* Experience using tools like CostX, Bluebeam or similar
* A sharp eye for detail with the ability to spot risks others miss
* Strong communication skills – you can hold your own with trades, clients and internal teams
* A proactive mindset – you don't wait to be told, you drive things forward
