Your Mission:
As a senior member of this team, you'll work closely with the Partner to elevate client outcomes through stellar corporate and commercial law services. Your role is crucial in ensuring exceptional service, spotting opportunities and managing risk. You can expect the following types of matters to be on your desk:
* Shareholders agreements
* Corporate governance
* Intellectual property
* Business acquisitions and sales
* General Commercial advice
* Contract negotiation and advice
Key Responsibilities:
* Deliver quality outcomes for clients
* Manage and foster client relationships
* Mentor and inspire other team members while providing technical guidance.
