This is your chance to step into a dynamic 360° recruitment role within the industrial and logistics sector, partnering with leading clients and managing a busy, high‐volume desk.
What You'll Be Doing
* Manage end-to-end recruitment across temporary, contract, and permanent roles
* Source, screen, interview, and place quality candidates across warehousing, logistics, manufacturing, and production
* Build strong client partnerships and deliver exceptional service
* Coordinate daily bookings, rosters, and workforce requirements
* Maintain compliance, WHS, and onboarding documentation
* Work closely with operations to deliver fast, effective staffing solutions
What We're Looking For
* Previous recruitment experience within blue‐collar, industrial, or high‐volume environments
* Strong communication and relationship‐building skills
* Ability to multitask and perform under pressure
* High attention to detail with strong administrative skills
* Energetic, resilient, and results‐driven mindset
* Current driver's licence and reliable vehicle
