Senior Speech Pathologist – Team Lead
Connect Paediatric Therapy Services is seeking an experienced and passionate Senior Speech Pathologist to join our dynamic multidisciplinary team in Karratha. This leadership role is ideal for a clinician dedicated to empowering families and mentoring staff within the allied health sector.
The Role
As the Team Lead, you will provide high-level clinical services while guiding our Speech Pathology team. Your responsibilities include:
* Conducting assessments and diagnosing communication and feeding disorders in children and young people.
* Developing and delivering evidence-based intervention plans (individual, group, and telehealth).
* Providing clinical supervision, mentoring, and professional development training for staff.
* Collaborating with families, schools, and stakeholders to ensure holistic care for clients with complex needs.
* Ensuring all services align with NDIS requirements and Speech Pathology Australia's Code of Ethics.

What We Need
* Qualifications: Tertiary degree in Speech Pathology and current registration with Speech Pathology Australia.
* Experience: Proven experience managing a paediatric caseload and a desire to lead a team.
* Compliance: Current Working with Children Check (WWCC).
o Ability to obtain an NDIS Worker Screening Check.
o National Police Clearance and 100-point identification check.
o Current C Class driver's licence.
* Skills: Strong independent work ethic, excellent communication, and a passion for supporting children with special needs.
