About the role:
Our Asset Strategies Group is growing, and we have several terrific opportunities for talented asset management consultants. We are looking for junior to mid level consultants to join our Queensland and New South Wales based teams, although we will consider other locations.
In this position you will play an integral role amongst a diverse group of highly skilled professionals that 'design with community in mind' to deliver asset management excellence for our clients. You will join a dynamic and skilled team that works on asset management and advisory projects, not only locally, but across the APAC region.
Specifically, your duties will include
- Asset management planning, operations and maintenance- Data collection and analysis- Asset valuations- Financial management and cost modelling- Managing existing client relationships while seeking new business opportunities- Research and investigation to determine commercial solutions for clients- Project management and delivery, ensuring work is of a technically high standard and within time and budget constraints
So, what do you need to bring to take your career to the next level?- Tertiary qualifications in Engineering or other relevant discipline. A dual qualification in Business Management, Finance or Economics is favourable- Demonstrated experience in asset management and the provision of infrastructure advisory services although we recognise that you will be at the beginning of your career- High level report writing skills- Well-developed communication and negotiation skills- Research skills and the ability to interact and deliver technical information to clients- Have full Australian Working rights.
