The Customer Solutions UNITE Team is responsible for assisting the Enterprise UNITE programs on delivering their key solutions and ensuring that Customer Solutions (CS) teams needs are met. The team will ensure that solutions are customer focussed, improve business performance and minimise risks.

**How will I help?**

As a Data Analyst in the UNITE program, you will be the conduit between the UNITE program and the Customer Solutions Data Team. You will be responsible for representing each Business Units' needs in the discovery and design phases of the initiatives focusing on the data elements to ensure that processes and procedures are captured to be embedded into the new system. You will actively lead and co-ordinate with each initiative and identify data and reporting impacts whilst also being an advocate for the business unit.

**Further responsibilities include**:

- Represent the Customer Solutions (CS) data domain for UNITE initiatives and create alignment on key data requirements for input to business cases
- Collaborate with data teams to identify and manage downstream data impacts, engagement requirements and delivery/delivered and risks
- Identify data processes impacted and their related systems, controls, and UDA's
- Ensure critical CS data resources (e.g. Data SME's, Managers, Reporting, Data Scientists) are identified and work with teams to plan their data releases and consolidated delivery
- Facilitate dependency identification and management with other major transformation initiatives
- Facilitate CS review and approval of UNITE business cases and change requests
- Represent, or enable data representation of relevant CS Business Unit's in key governance forums
- Ensure high quality documentation, attention to detail, ongoing and complete engagement for duration of program in CS analytics community

**What do I need?**

To be successful in this role, you must be experienced in data and reporting analytics, change management and enterprise data structures, ideally with a background in Banking and Financial Services.
You must also have demonstratable experience of business analysis and/or change management, in large technical or data related projects with multiple stakeholders.
