About the Role
In this position, you will oversee coffee quality assurance and manage operations alongside a passionate team. Your key responsibilities will include:
* Oversight of all barista activities to ensure high-quality products
* Coordination of inventory management and ordering processes to maintain optimal levels of ingredients and supplies
This role requires at least 2-3 years of relevant experience, with accredited Barista training being highly valued.
