About the Role
As Sales Manager, you will be responsible for the day-to-day leadership and development of our sales associates. Your role will include setting clear expectations, monitoring performance, and providing guidance to help each individual reach their potential.
Key responsibilities include:
* Overseeing and managing our Associate Program
* Setting and monitoring daily tasks and activity targets
* Tracking and reviewing KPIs and performance metrics
* Providing ongoing coaching, guidance, and feedback
* Identifying skill gaps and recognising when additional training or support is required
* Encouraging accountability, consistency, and professional growth
* Working closely with leadership to maintain a strong, positive team culture

Ideally, you will have:
