The Advantage Air Group whose head office is located in Canning Vale currently have a vacancy in our busy accounts department for an Admin / Accounts Assistant
The ideal person for this role will enjoy being busy during the day, enjoys having a hands on role, is a team player and loves learning. You will be organized and show high attention to detail and be able to work to achieve deadlines.
This role is full-time working Monday to Friday - 9am to 5pm
Provide general administrative support
* Assist with accounts payable/receivable
* Process invoices, receipts, and data entry
* Assist with debt collection
* Maintain accurate records and filing systems
* Work in a team environment
* Contribute to a positive office environment
* Strong attention to detail and excellent organisational skills
* Experience in admin or basic accounting (preferred but not essential)
* Confident with Microsoft Office and basic computer skills
* A positive attitude and willingness to learn
* Great communication and customer service skills
