Qualifications & experience
TAE40116 Certificate IV in Training and Assessment qualification
Hold a current CPP41419 Certificate IV in Real Estate Practice and/or CPP51122 Diploma of property (Agency Management)
Experience working as a Trainer and Assessor in a similar capacity
Maintain own industry currency as independent licenced Agent and/or maintain own Agency business
Tasks & responsibilities
Training and/or Assessment of Course work
Delivery of units of competency relevant to the Course work
Assessment of work from students
Carry out assessment validation
Be involved in resource improvement
