What You’ll Do: Deliver expert support and exceptional customer satisfaction as a senior member of the team. Ensure availability, integrity, and confidentiality of Workplace and Collaboration systems through proactive monitoring and maintenance. Provide high-level engineering insights in planning sessions, roadmaps, and strategic initiatives. Lead continuous improvement initiatives focusing on simplification, automation, and efficiency gains. Act as a technical SME for in-office technology platforms, managing onboarding, installation, and Level 3 support for collaboration hardware and software. Manage production system availability and ensure SLAs for incidents and service requests are met or exceeded. Maintain and enhance operational processes, knowledge bases, and documentation across the Collaboration space. What We’re Looking For: Experienced engineer with strong problem-solving skills and a “can-do” attitude, able to work independently and collaboratively. Advanced knowledge of video conferencing systems, including Cisco Webex, MTRoW, MTRoA, and Teams Admin Centre. Proficiency in Microsoft Office 365 applications and desktop environments (Windows 10/11, macOS). Hands-on experience with IT service management tools (preferably ServiceNow) and monitoring platforms. Knowledge of ITIL practices and agile methodologies, with experience in strategy, roadmaps, and Atlassian tools (Jira, Confluence). Experience with telephony systems (CUCM, MS Teams Calling, SIP, VoIP) and relevant certifications (CCNA, CCNP) highly regarded.
