PhD Research Opportunity

The Centre for Health Economics at Monash University is seeking a PhD student to undertake research on the economics of preventing future health inequalities.

This project-specific PhD opportunity will focus on evaluating the impact of preventative health policies on current and future health inequalities.

Preventative health interventions can affect health inequality because baseline risks, and intervention uptake, effects and adherence vary across groups.

* Evaluating an existing health prevention program
* Developing a measurement tool for health inequalities
* Assessing how preventative interventions can improve uptake and adherence through behavioural experiments

As a candidate in the Centre for Health Economics Integrated PhD Program, you will receive rigorous training in advanced health economics and related studies.
