Responsibilities
* Develop partner business and readiness plans aligned to Microsoft's FY26 priorities, with clear value propositions, strategic investments (Microsoft, MNA, Silicon), and measurable KPIs. Accelerate innovation in collaboration with MNA and Silicon, driving joint marketing and full-funnel activation.
* Build new partnerships with GPS, category leads, and marketing to advance Commercial Solutions including Windows 11, Copilot+ PCs, M365 Copilot, CSP, and Azure Local.
* Expand M365 CSP and Copilot adoption with top Global Distributors, supporting growth across devices and cloud.
* Leverage FY26 investments and global programs (SRI, WinRAP) to accelerate Windows 10 EOS refresh, increase Copilot+ PC adoption, and strengthen competitive advantage and AI services.
* Scale market impact via MNA's SMB Acceleration program, integrating Intel's initiative.
* Drive Partner Channel enablement through ExpertZone and Master Trainers.
* Execute a holistic GTM strategy for sustained Copilot+ PC momentum and market growth.
* Expand channel reach through GMT-driven partner recruitment and activation.
* Deliver focused Pro High Education GTM execution.
Qualifications
Minimum required qualifications:
* Bachelor's Degree in Business Administration, Computer Science, Engineering, Business Management, or related field AND 12+ years related experience, including senior sales leadership roles, managing high-performance sales and technical-sales teams, coaching solution sales and account development strategies, exceeding quotas by leading sales teams through complex sales cycles via a partner ecosystem and centralized marketing engine, with experience in global or area-level business management leading sales, customer, and partner teams selling technology solutions, cloud/infrastructure technologies, and/or subscription services.
* OR Master's Degree in Business Administration, Computer Science, Engineering, Business Management, or related field AND 8+ years related experience with similar responsibilities.
