Position Responsibilities
* Collaborate with Partners and team members to complete client work efficiently.
* Lead preparation of Financial Statements and Income Tax Returns.
* Prepare BAS, IAS, FBT, CGT and PAYG for companies and trusts.
* Deliver annual workers compensation and payroll tax reconciliations.
* Be coached directly by an experienced Partner to manage a diverse portfolio.
* Liaise with statutory authorities on behalf of clients.
* Provide exceptional service to clients.
* Participate in training seminars, team meetings and social events.
* Support and train junior team members.
About You
* Minimum 3 years' experience in Chartered Accounting Practice.
* Chartered Accountant qualification or in progress.
* Bachelor's or Master's degree in Accounting or similar field.
* Experience using accounting software, including MYOB AE, HowNow, Active Ledger, APS, Xero and Quickbooks.
* Excellent written and verbal communication skills.
* Strong organisational skills and attention to detail.
