Full Time Station Manager Opportunity
We are seeking a driven and results-oriented station manager to lead our Perth airport operations on a full-time basis. This exciting role oversees the day-to-day activities of the station, ensuring exceptional customer service, managing fleet resources, and driving revenue growth.
Main Responsibilities:
* Manage and oversee the overall performance of the station, including staff management and customer satisfaction.
* Effectively control station expenses to meet financial targets.
* Recruit, develop, and motivate a high-performing team to achieve business objectives.
* Lead by example and foster a positive work culture that promotes collaboration and innovation.
* Analyze key performance indicators (KPIs) to identify areas for improvement and implement strategies to drive revenue growth.
* Optimize vehicle utilization and fleet availability to maximize efficiency.
Requirements:
* Proven experience in the car rental industry or a related field.
* Strong leadership and people management skills, with the ability to inspire and motivate teams.
* Excellent written and verbal communication skills, as well as intermediate computer skills.
* Financial acumen and ability to drive business growth through effective cost management.
* The ability to thrive under pressure and maintain a resilient attitude in a fast-paced environment.
* Fleet management experience is highly desirable.
* A valid Australian driver's license with a clean driving record.
* Ongoing Australian work rights.
