We are seeking an experienced Chef Supervisor to join our team at Singleton Military Area. This is a hands‐on leadership role ideal for chefs who enjoy leading teams, maintaining high standards and delivering quality food in a structured environment.

• Lead and support kitchen team during daily service and functions
• Oversee food production, stock control and kitchen operations
• Maintain food safety, hygiene and HACCP standards
• Manage menu execution, ordering and waste minimisation
• Ensure allergen management and dietary compliance

• Certificate III in Commercial Cookery
• Experience in a Chef Supervisor or leadership role
• Strong leadership and team development skills
• Knowledge of HACCP, food safety and allergen management
• Well organised with ability to manage multiple priorities
