Personal Assistant to the Director

Location: Perth, WA

Company: Perth Style Company

Position Type: Full-Time | Executive Support Role

At Perth Style Company, we are a leading force in property styling and bespoke furniture packages, dedicated to creating exceptional experiences. Our success is built on delivering tailored solutions that elevate spaces and exceed client expectations.

ABOUT THE ROLE

As the Personal Assistant to the Director of Perth Style Company, you will be the strategic right hand to one of Perth's leading creative entrepreneurs. This is a high-trust, diverse role that spans executive administration, financial oversight, business development, brand & profile elevation, and internal culture coordination.

You will work directly with the Founder and Director, who has grown PSCO. from a boutique start-up into a highly respected and successful business enterprise. Now entering an exciting new era of expansion, PSCO. remains committed to excellence in every interaction — and your role is central in ensuring that the integrity and quality of the brand is reflected in every internal and external touchpoint.

Your focus will be on enabling the Director to lead the business proactively with clarity, purpose and influence by supporting key activities across operations, relationships, communication and strategy — always upholding the premium standard PSCO. is known for.

KEY RESPONSIBILITIES

Executive & Strategic Business Support

* Manage the Director's schedule, inbox, and task priorities, ensuring consistent alignment with strategic goals
* Prepare briefing notes, agendas, reports and correspondence, ensuring all documents reflect the brand's high standards of quality and tone
* Act as the point of contact for key stakeholders, representing the Director and PSCO. with warmth, professionalism and precision
* Coordinate internal and external meetings and communications, keeping timelines and outcomes clear and well-communicated

Financial Administration & Reporting

* Support budget tracking, supplier payments, expense reconciliation and forecasting
* Maintain cashflow oversight and prepare monthly reports for the Director
* Create or manage Excel-based budget tools and work within Xero to ensure data is current and accurate

Sales & Business Development Support

* Support sales outreach, lead tracking and CRM activity
* Assist with tender submissions, pitch documents and partnership proposals — ensuring tone, formatting and language meet PSCO.'s visual and verbal brand standards
* Coordinate pre-meeting briefings and post-meeting follow-up actions
* Research and evaluate new opportunities aligned with the Director's business goals

Brand, Media & Profile Building

* Ensure all outward-facing communication and content is polished, aligned and brand-consistent
* Draft bios, pitches and press responses that reflect PSCO's premium positioning
* Support the Director's presence across digital platforms and media partnerships

Supplier & Procurement Coordination

* Liaise with local and international vendors, ensuring timely ordering, tracking and documentation
* Prepare purchase orders, manage supplier correspondence and track deliveries
* Ensure communication and workflows reflect PSCO.'s service standards and visual presentation

People & Culture Support

* Manage onboarding for new team members with care and consistency
* Coordinate internal events, seasonal celebrations, and milestone acknowledgements
* Assist in maintaining a cohesive, respectful and high-performing culture
* Ensure all touch points within the business reflect the premium experience PSCO. is known for — from communication to environment to interaction

BRAND INTEGRITY COMES FIRST

At PSCO, quality is not negotiable. In this role, you are a brand guardian — responsible for ensuring that across every project, task, communication and process, the tone, presentation, and experience reflect PSCO.'s standing as an industry leader. Whether preparing a proposal, writing an email, or coordinating a vendor, your attention to detail and commitment to excellence will uphold and protect the brand's reputation.

ABOUT YOU

You are a confident and capable business support professional who thrives on precision, trust and consistency. You understand the responsibility that comes with representing a premium brand and bring both a strategic mindset and hands-on approach to everything you do.

You'll bring:

* 2+ years in an executive assistant, or business coordinator role
* Previous experience in property, furniture, interiors or procurement is preferred but not essential.
* Strong financial capabilities: cashflow tracking, reconciliation, Excel reporting and Xero proficiency
* Experience supporting business owners or founders in fast-paced, creative or high-growth environments
* Outstanding communication skills — written and verbal — with the ability to reflect brand tone and professionalism
* Constant up skilling on Social Media skills, knowledge and experience.
* Proven experience managing proposals, tenders, or profile-building activities
* A proactive approach with the ability to anticipate needs and manage competing priorities
* High emotional intelligence and discretion when dealing with confidential matters
* A valid driver's licence and vehicle

WHAT YOU'LL GAIN

* A rare opportunity to work closely with a respected creative entrepreneur during a pivotal growth phase
* A seat at the table for high-level brand, business and operational strategy
* A trusted role where your ideas, organisation and quality of execution truly matter
* Variety across your week — from financial oversight to partnership coordination and cultural planning
* A respected and elevated position within a values-led, industry-leading company

This is more than an assistant role — it's an extension of the Director's leadership. If you're driven by excellence, love being behind the scenes of big things, and take pride in delivering work that reflects the highest standards of quality, then we'd love to hear from you.
