The Role
As a Mid‑Senior Architect, you will take high‑end projects from initial concept through to completion. You will work within a team of seasoned professionals, applying your design flair and technical knowledge to prestigious projects. This is an opportunity to lead design development while mentoring junior staff in a Revit‑based environment.
Key Responsibilities
Design Leadership : Drive the development of high‑end projects, ensuring design excellence and alignment with the client's vision.
Documentation : Produce detailed architectural drawings and specifications primarily using Revit.
Project Coordination : Manage communication with external consultants, contractors, and suppliers throughout all phases.
Regulatory Compliance : Ensure all designs meet Australian building codes and standards.
Client Relations : Maintain strong relationships through clear, professional communication and design presentations.
Mentorship : Provide guidance to junior architectural staff to help foster a growth‑oriented team environment.
Your Profile
You are a registered Architect who balances a strong design aesthetic with practical technical skills. You enjoy the collaborative process of a design studio and take pride in meticulous detail.
Experience : 5–10 years of professional experience as a practicing Architect.
Education : Bachelor's or Master's degree in Architecture and current Australian registration.
Software : Proven proficiency in Revit is essential (AutoCAD and Adobe Creative Suite are also highly regarded).
Portfolio : A diverse portfolio showcasing high‑end projects (Luxury Residential, Commercial, or Public buildings).
Communication : Ability to articulate complex design concepts clearly to clients and the internal team.
