Clinical Nurse Leadership Opportunity
The Clinical Nurse Leader will oversee the on-site clinical team, drive care delivery, quality indicators and infection prevention and control.
* Drive clinical education, mentor RNs, manage complex care needs and contribute to continuous improvement and accreditation readiness.
About You
* A Registered Nurse with current AHPRA registration and significant senior clinical/leadership experience in residential aged care.
* Strong knowledge of Aged Care Quality Standards, AN-ACC and clinical governance including audits, incident investigation and quality improvement.
* A confident people leader who can coach, educate and hold teams accountable while maintaining a supportive culture.
* Skilled in managing complex clinical presentations, infection prevention and control and documentation within electronic care systems.
Your Key Responsibilities
1. Lead and support the on-site clinical team to achieve high-quality patient outcomes.
2. Develop and implement effective care plans to meet the unique needs of residents.
3. Mentor and educate RNs to enhance their skills and knowledge.
4. Contribute to continuous improvement and accreditation readiness through data-driven decision making.
5. Ensure compliance with Aged Care Quality Standards, AN-ACC and clinical governance requirements.
