Due to the significant expansion of our business, we are seeking an experienced and dynamic Talent Acquisition Specialist to join our team in Sydney for 6 months, with the potential opportunity to extend or convert to a permanent full-time role

This role will deliver high-quality, timely hires across all levels by proactively identifying, engaging, and securing top industrial talent while partnering closely with hiring managers to support business growth.

Key aspects of the role are including but not limited to:
Coordinate recruitment logistics, including advertising, sourcing, screening and interviewing;
Use a variety of sourcing strategies to proactively source, attract and engage top talent, including senior and niche roles within the IT industry;
Build and maintain strong talent pipelines for current and future workforce growth;
Partner closely with hiring managers to understand role requirements and team dynamics;
Assess candidates holistically, balancing technical capability, industry experience, and cultural alignment;
Drive efficient recruitment processes, managing multiple roles concurrently in a fast-paced environment;
Provide market insights, hiring recommendations, and data-driven advice to support strategic workforce planning;
Strengthen the employer brand through professional and engaging candidate experiences.

Qualifications:
A minimum of 5 years' recruitment experience within the IT hardware industry
Demonstrated success hiring top talents with short turnaround times across a wide range of role types and seniority levels
Strong industry networks and the ability to proactively identify and approach top talents
Commercially minded, with the ability to prioritise roles based on business impact
Thrives in a fast-paced, high-volume environment while maintaining attention to detail and candidate experience
Result-driven, well-organised, and resilient, with a strong sense of ownership and accountability
Proactive, collaborative and approachable
Australian citizen or permanent resident with unlimited working rights within Australia, no overseas applicants
