We are seeking an experienced chef to work on a casual basis within our Mayi Cafe. You will be reliable, trustworthy and will know your way around a commercial kitchen.
Responsibilities
* Day to day food preparation, cooking and service.
* Assist the Operations Manager as requested with coordinating kitchen activities including stock control, rotation, ordering, stock taking and more.
* To complete all duties in accordance with kitchen and service standard operating procedures.

You Will Have
* Experience cooking in a café environment
* Certificate III Commercial Cookery or completed Cooking Apprenticeship
* Stock take and budgeting
* Minimum of 3 years' experience in a similar role
