The Opportunity: Live & Work in Port Hedland
This position is a key leadership role, reporting to the Electrical Superintendent, and will be responsible for overseeing and providing leadership to our electrical and refrigeration team. You'll be an advocate for Goodline both internally and externally, demonstrating a strong commitment to meeting client expectations, fostering positive relationships, and driving continuous improvement.

About the role
Goodline currently requires an experienced S26 Supervisor to join our Port Hedland Pilbara team. You will be responsible for managing your own jobs and will perform work with a high regard to safety at all times. Duties include:
Coordinating and scheduling works
Day to day supervision and coordination of the workforce
Ensuring workers implement control measures to minimise risk to health and safety of themselves and others
Report incidents, non-conformances and near misses and participate in incident investigations when required
Collaborating with project engineers/managers, mechanical/civil/plumbing disciplines and other stakeholders
Conduct toolbox talks and prestart meetings
Your technical qualifications
Trade certificate (Mandatory)
LVR CPR (Mandatory)
S26 Certificate (Mandatory) or able to pass the DEMIRS examination on route to Port Hedland
Construction Induction Card (Mandatory)
BHP Inducted (preferable)
Experience in a Supervisory role (2 plus years is Mandatory)
About You
Proven experience in a leadership role within the electrical industry (e.g., Electrical Supervisor, Electrical Superintendent, or similar).
Ability to collaborate with team members and supervise to ensure efficient workflow and adherence to safety standards.
Strong understanding of safety procedures and practices within mining/domestic environments.
Ability to work autonomously or as part of a team.
Excellent problem-solving skills and attention to detail.
A willingness to learn and adapt.
