About the Role
This is a hands‑on position suited to an experienced qualified cabinet maker who:
* Understands kitchens inside and out
* Is confident on site
* Enjoys problem‑solving and coordinating projects
* Is ready to step into real responsibility, not just stay on the tools
You will manage kitchen projects from check measure through to completed installation, acting as the key link between customers, factory, trades, and installers.
This role reports to GM Operations and plays a critical part in maintaining Verto’s quality, efficiency, and reputation.

While prior experience in check measuring, CAD programming, and ordering is highly regarded, we are willing to train the right candidate in:
* On‑site check measures
* CAD programming (Palette CAD or equivalent)
* Ordering and production coordination
What matters most is strong cabinetry knowledge, attention to detail, and the right attitude.
Key Responsibilities
Installation & Site Management
* Manage and oversee all aspects of kitchen installation
* Conduct on‑site check measures and site inspections
* Coordinate and supervise installation teams, subcontractors, and trades.
* Be the escalation point for installation issues and variations
* Ensure installs meet plans, company standards, and client expectations
* Maintain professional site behaviour and communication standards
Project Coordination & Production Support
* Work directly with customers through production and installation phases
* Create and manage accurate production drawings (Palette CAD preferred)
* Schedule jobs, organise trades, and manage timelines
* Order materials and coordinate factory workflow
* Liaise with designers, cabinet makers, installers, and admin
* Track documentation, variations, and job progress through to completion
About You
-Qualified Cabinet Maker (essential)
-3+ years’ experience in kitchens, joinery, or installation
-Confident with site work, problem‑solving, and decision‑making
-Able to read and interpret plans and technical drawings
-Willingness to learn CAD, check measuring, and ordering systems if required
-Organised, detail‑focused, and reliable
-Strong communication skills — with trades and customers
-Own tools advantageous
This role is NOT suited to someone who:

* Avoids responsibility when problems arise
* Struggles with organisation or attention to detail
