Carelli Constructions provides design, construction and project management services for residential, commercial and industrial projects. We are entering an exciting time for the Company with continuing strong growth we are expanding our scope of services and entering new markets. We currently have opportunities for assistant project managers to join our passionate, highly skilled and committed team of construction professionals.
The primary function of this role includes:
* Provide support to the Project Manager to oversee and monitor contractor activities to ensure work undertaken meets design specifications and quality requirements
* Management of OH&S and environmental obligations
* Supporting the PM with Budget and reporting requirements
* Maintaining effective working relationships with clients and subcontractors.
* Preparation of progress reports.
What you'll need to succeed
* Hold a tertiary qualification in Construction Management or a construction related field or be in your final year.
* Outstanding verbal and written presentation skills.
* A strong work ethic and ability to manage and prioritise work.
* Strong relationship building skills.
* A commitment to high quality product and service delivery.
* Self-motivated with the ability to work within multiple project tams with competing demands/priorities.
