Full-time RN or EN Practice Nurse at Rainbow Health Medical Centre
Rainbow Health Medical Centre is seeking a dedicated and compassionate Full-Time Practice Nurse (EN or RN) to join our supportive and patient-focused team. This is an excellent opportunity for a nurse who is passionate about delivering high-quality care and contributing to a positive clinical environment.
Roster - (2 options)
* Fri – 8:30am – 4:30pm
* Opt 2
Key Responsibilities
* Provide patient triage, assessment, and clinical support to GP(s)
* Conduct immunisations, wound care, health assessments, and care plans
* Assist with chronic disease management
* Perform ECGs, spirometry, and other clinical procedures
* Maintain accurate documentation and uphold clinical compliance standards
* Support the smooth day-to-day operations of the practice
About the Role
* You will provide high-quality nursing support to GPs and patients, including:
* Chronic disease management
* Immunisations and wound care
* Health assessments
* Patient triage and care coordination
About You
* Current AHPRA registration as a Registered Nurse
* Previous general practice or primary care experience (preferred)
* Strong clinical knowledge and excellent communication skills
* Ability to work confidently across different practice settings
* Australian citizenship or permanent residency required
