Role Description
· Monitoring of Director's emails
· Diary Management for the Director
· Monthly Reporting for the Director
· QCAT preparation and lodgements
· Assistance with Outgoings in conjunction with the Accounts Manager
· Assistance with the Monthly newsletter
· Follow up leads/enquiries and booking inspections
· Liaison with landlords/owners/tenants
· Website - Updating website and creation of blogs/news in backend
· Prepare mailouts/prospecting and mailing of letters
· Sales Contracts for Commercial and Residential – from contract preparation to settlement
· Liaison with solicitors, sellers and buyers
· Co-ordinate Property Management and Sales Meetings
· Preparation of minutes for meetings
· Processing Commercial Tenancy Applications
· Preparing Agreements to Lease, Commercial Tenancy Agreements, Retail Tenancy Agreements, and
Lessor Disclosure Statements
· Liaising with owners and solicitors for lease preparations, renewals, or assignments
· Follow up on current negotiations and leases
· Completing monthly rent reviews for commercial properties
· Maintaining our Residential portfolio and ensuring compliance with legislation
Qualifications
• A current Real Estate Certificate

)
• Minimum 5 years' experience within the real estate sector
• Excellent customer service
• Ability to work autonomously as well as within a team environment
• High level attention to detail with excellent written and verbal communication skills
• Outstanding time management skills
• Strong knowledge of commercial property management, sales and leasing processes, and associated document preparation
• Proficiency in using Microsoft Office, CRM systems and web portals
• Exceptional organizational skills with the ability to multitask and manage completing priorities
• A proactive and solution-focused mindset
