IT Consulting Firm seeking IT Support Technician passionate about technology
Avantgarde is a specialised consultancy firm delivering projects to the government, non for profit and enterprise sectors. We are looking to take on an IT Support Technician with a strong passion for technology that would like to expand their skills by working alongside a team of experts in their field.
What we are looking for
* This role is customer facing so good communication skills is essential.
* Must be passionate about technology
* Good knowledge and understanding of the Windows Operating system
* Virus Removal and desktop imaging
* Good troubleshooting skills
* Basic understanding of Linux administration
* Experience with virtualised server environments
* Good understanding of basic networking
* CompITA A+ and Net+ or Diploma in Network Engineering are nice to haves.
