We are seeking an organized and detail-oriented individual to fill the role of Administrative Support Specialist. The successful candidate will be responsible for providing administrative support to our team, ensuring smooth daily operations, and maintaining accurate financial records.
Key Responsibilities:
* Manage and maintain accurate financial records, including accounts payable, accounts receivable, and bank reconciliations.
* Process payments from customers and ensure timely payment processing.
* Schedule and manage interviews for new hires, ensuring a seamless interview process.
* Develop and maintain strong relationships with colleagues, vendors, and customers through excellent communication skills.

Qualifications:
