We are seeking a talented individual to join ourJLT Public Sector TeamatMarsh Australia.
This role will be based inHobart, TAS office on a 12 months fixed term.
JLTact as theFund Administration Agent (FAA)for the Tasmanian Risk Management Fund, we provide a comprehensive approach to managing the insurable liabilities of inner Budget agencies.
Our team is dedicated to delivering exceptional services through effective claims management and executive account stewardship.
Responsibilities
Process claims payments and follow up on invoices to ensure timely resolution.
Ensure accurate claims processing and administration, including file closures.
Provide administrative support as required to service the Fund effectively.
Collaborate with the in-house Claims Management Team to deliver positive outcomes.
What you need to have
Excellent written and verbal communication skills
Excellent Data entry skills
Previous experience in admin role (desirable)
Ability to work autonomously within a multi skilled team
Ability to work under pressure, prioritise workload, meet deadlines and good time management skills.
