Position Overview
ConocoPhillips' Australian headquarters are located in Brisbane. The program is a three‐year accelerated program designed for early‐career engineering professionals, integrating on‐the‐job work assignments, site rotations within Australia, technical and non‐technical training, structured mentoring, and extensive networking opportunities to foster professional growth and advancement.

About you
To be eligible for our program, you will:
* Have successfully obtained a tertiary qualification in chemical engineering, or be due to graduate with a chemical engineering degree by December (Honours preferred)
* Be available to commence full time employment in February
* Be an Australian citizen or permanent resident
* Be mobile for interstate or global work rotations
* Have strong alignment to our SPIRIT values
* Exhibit exceptional verbal and written communication skills
* Show an unwavering willingness to learn and improve your professional and engineering skills
* Have a genuine interest in pursuing a career in the energy sector
