Partner Manager (ANZ) – Salesforce Ecosystem
Australia / New Zealand | Remote
Salary: $150k AUD with $180k OTE
We are working with a fast-growing Salesforce ISV looking for a highly connected ecosystem professional to lead and expand their partner presence across Australia and New Zealand.
100+ existing customers in ANZ — the majority partner-influenced — the ecosystem is already a proven and critical growth channel. This role is focused on accelerating that momentum by leveraging strong Salesforce relationships to generate pipeline and drive revenue.
This position is ideal for someone currently working at Salesforce, a leading Salesforce consultancy, or another AppExchange ISV.
The Role
You will work closely with Salesforce Account Executives, Partner Managers, and System Integrators to identify, influence, and close opportunities. Your ability to activate your existing network and build trusted relationships across the ecosystem will be key to success.
This is not a cold-start role — there is already strong partner traction, an established customer base, and significant opportunity to scale further.
What You'll Do
* Leverage your Salesforce ecosystem relationships to generate new opportunities
* Build and expand relationships with Salesforce AEs, Partner Managers, and consultancies
* Collaborate on joint opportunities and account strategies
* Drive partner-sourced and partner-influenced pipeline
* Expand strategic partnerships across ANZ
What We're Looking For
* Strong existing Salesforce ecosystem network in ANZ (essential)
* Experience at Salesforce, a Salesforce consultancy (SI), or Salesforce ISV
* Proven success working with partners to generate revenue
* Deep understanding of Salesforce sales and partner dynamics
* Highly relationship-driven, proactive, and commercially minded
