Job Description:
As a Service Advisor at Tropical Auto Group, you will play a vital role in ensuring a seamless service experience for our valued customers. Your responsibilities will include:
* Greeting customers and assessing their service needs.
* Providing accurate and detailed information on recommended services and repairs.
* Coordinating service appointments and scheduling work orders.
* Liaising with the service team and technicians to ensure timely completion of work.

Requirements:
