The Role
Our multimedia studio operators are integral members of our agency's core team. Situated at the heart of our operations, the Publicis Production Multimedia Studio thrives as a fast‐paced, dynamic environment that demands both exceptional output and unwavering creative excellence. We are seeking an individual driven by initiative, possessing unparalleled problem‐solving acumen, and displaying an unwavering attention to detail. Beyond your proficiency in the technical aspects of your role, your keen eye for design sets you apart. You are committed to infusing every key deliverable with a level of craftsmanship and refinement that transcends mediums, encompassing print, press, OOH/DOOH, digital, and social platforms. Under the guidance of the Studio Manager, you will transform conceptual and creative layouts into meticulously prepared, ready‐to‐deploy assets for campaigns spanning print, digital, and social channels.
What You'll Be Doing
* Translate creative concepts into high‐quality, production‐ready assets across print and digital channels, leveraging advanced skills across the Adobe suite.
* Collaborate seamlessly within a fast‐moving studio environment, working across tools such as Figma and Canva to support efficient, multi‐channel delivery (HTML experience is advantageous but not essential).
* Apply strong knowledge of print & digital delivery best practice to ensure work is accurate, consistent, and ready for real‐world execution.
* Manage assigned jobs with commercial and production awareness, understanding studio resourcing, consumables, and project costs while delivering within scope, budget, and timeline.
* Confidently juggle multiple briefs and shifting priorities, maintaining creative quality and attention to detail under tight and complex deadlines.
