We are seeking a skilled Physical Therapist to join our team. As a key member of our healthcare staff, you will be responsible for administering Physical Therapy evaluations and treatments according to established standards.
Your primary responsibilities will include:
* Evaluating patients by identifying their primary problems and developing treatment plans.
* Modifying or updating patient treatment programs to maximize outcomes.
* Documenting information to ensure continuity of care and reimbursement.
* Maintaining schedules to meet productivity standards.
Qualifications and Skills
To be successful in this role, you will need:
* A Bachelor's Degree in Physical Therapy, with a Master's or Doctoral degree preferred.
* No prior experience is required, but 1-2 years of experience is preferred.
* A current NJ State License in Physical Therapy is mandatory.
* Knowledge of established standards for Physical Therapy, ability to connect with patients and build rapport, flexibility with schedule, and computer skills.
