* $40-$50 per hour
* Commencing asap
* Hours of work within 8:30am to 5:00pm, Monday to Friday

We are seeking a capable and organised Casual Administration Officer to support key projects within the Early Childhood Education and Care portfolio, with a focus on compliance and continuous improvement.


About the Role


Reporting to the Operations Manager, Outside School Hours Care (OSHC), you will provide administrative and project support. Responsibilities will include:

* Support compliance, child safeguarding and audit activities across nine OSHC services.
* Assisting with project coordination, tracking actions, timelines, and deliverables
* Supporting operational and continuous improvement initiatives
* Data entry, records management, and collating data for reporting


About You


You will bring:

* Previous experience in administration and/or project support
* Strong organisational, planning, and time-management skills
* High attention to detail and strong follow-through
* Confidence using Microsoft Office and digital systems

Experience in a childcare, HR/WHS or legal/compliance role would be highly regarded.
