This industry-leading provider is seeking an enthusiastic graduate Occupational Therapist, Physiotherapist, Exercise Physiologist or Psychologist for their new role with the **Cairns **team. Make the move to tropical Cairns, working with an exceptional company + team!
The main focus in this role is working towards return to health and work outcomes in a safe and timely manner. This includes providing assessment and case management to injured parties. You will be provided with an excellent induction and part of a supportive, diverse and passionate Allied Health team with a recognised and respected employer. You will have support from an experienced and supportive manager and flexible working options available.
**You will be responsible for the following**:
- A range of assessments including functional assessments, ADLs and worksite assessments
- Varied caseload
- Return to work case management for injured workers with a focus on early intervention
- Liaison with key stakeholders including your collaborative team
- Completion of high-level written reporting
- Develop and manage health prevention projects.
**Requirements**:
- Approved tertiary qualifications in Occupational Therapy, Physiotherapy, Exercise Physiology or Psychology
- Current registration with AHPRA (Australian Health Practitioners Regulation Agency) or ESSA
- A collaborative work style, with energy and positivity to contribute to the fun team dynamics
- Positive and client-centred professional with great communication skills
- Current driver's licence and your own reliable car (fleet vehicle & industry tools available).
