We're looking for a reliable, down-to-earth cook to join our team at Ambalindum Aggregation, based at our Numery Oustation in the Northern Territory. This is a hands-on role cooking hearty, home-style meals for around 5-6 people in a friendly, family-style station environment. You'll also help keep the kitchen clean and organised, assist with some baking, light housekeeping (including guest rooms), and help with watering lawns. Ambalindum Aggregation covers 1.8 million acres in the East MacDonnell Ranges and offers a true remote station lifestyle.
Responsibilities
* Cook hearty, home-style meals for around 5-6 people in a remote station setting.
* Keep the kitchen clean and organised; assist with some baking.
* Perform light housekeeping (including guest rooms) and help with watering lawns.
* Contribute to a positive, collaborative station environment as part of a small team.
Qualifications
* Experience cooking for groups (station or remote experience is an advantage, but not necessary). Training can be provided for the right applicant.
* Good communication and time management skills.
* A positive, practical attitude.
