Your new role We are seeking motivated and creative 1st or 2nd year Apprentices or Qualified Landscapers to join our team. This full-time position offers the chance to work on exciting and meaningful projects while growing your skills across all areas of landscape construction, including hardscaping, softscaping, and project management. You will: Assist with the installation of landscape features such as paving, retaining walls, water features, and planting. Read and interpret landscape plans and drawings. Collaborate with the team to ensure projects are completed to a high standard. Participate in ongoing training and development to expand your skillset. Maintain tools and equipment to industry standards. About you This role would be perfect for someone who is passionate about the landscaping industry who is eager to take on new challenges in a creative and fun work environment. You must be willing to work in the North and Western Suburbs. To be considered for this role you will have: A Cert III in Landscaping or currently undertaking. Have some experience in turf installation, paving, or concreting (highly regarded) Bonus points if you can operate machinery like bobcats or excavators. A keen eye for detail and passion for creating beautiful, functional spaces. Strong physical fitness with an ability to perform manual labour tasks. An ability to show initiative and take action when required. Experience being an all-round team player with an ability to work effectively as part of a team. Strong communication skills, with experience reading plans. Current driver's license and your own vehicle – You must be willing to travel. Current police and working with children’s check (or able to obtain).
