Responsibilities:

* Take orders for food and drinks and relay them to the kitchen or bar
* Answer questions about menu items and make recommendations
* Serve food and drinks to guests
* Operate the point-of-sale system to process orders and payments
* Clean tables and reset them for guests
* Handle complaints and resolve issues related to food, service, or ambiance
* Maintain a thorough knowledge of menu items and specials
Qualifications:
* At least 18 years old
* High school diploma or equivalent
* Ability to work in a fast-paced environment
* Ability to multitask and prioritize
* Ability to stand and walk for extended periods
* Basic math skills to handle cash transactions and tip calculations
