As a Rehabilitation Consultant (or Senior RC), you will play a pivotal role in:
* Assisting a varied caseload through conducting relevant assessments and providing return-to-work case management.
* Liaising with key stakeholders and contributing to health prevention projects.
* Engaging with clients onsite and supporting them in achieving health and work outcomes.
* Providing your professional input to wider growth initiatives and collaborating with the wider management team
* Participating in team meetings, collaborative projects and more
* Reporting
Requirements:
* Approved tertiary qualifications in Occupational Therapy, Rehabilitation Counselling, or Psychology.
* Current registration with AHPRA or ASORC.
* Positive and collaborative work style with excellent communication skills.
* Current driver's license and reliable vehicle.
* Occupational Rehabilitation experience is desired however not essential
